Returns

Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
Sale items and intimates are final sale and cannot be returned.

How to Start a Return

Email us at hello@fireflyboutique.shop with your order number and reason for return.
We'll send you return instructions within 1–2 business days.
Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method.
Once received and inspected, we'll process your refund or exchange.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Exchanges

We're happy to exchange items for a different size or color, subject to availability. Start the process the same way as a return — just let us know you'd like an exchange.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We'll make it right at no cost to you.
